Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Top Care Plus account and the personal information we hold about you at any time. There are two ways to do it.

Delete it yourself

The fastest way — you stay in control and it takes effect immediately.

  1. Sign in to your Top Care Plus account.
  2. Open your Profile.
  3. Scroll to the Delete account section.
  4. Select Delete my account and type DELETE to confirm.

If you can’t sign in, contact us and we’ll delete your account for you. Please get in touch from the email address on your account so we can verify the request.

What happens when your account is deleted

  • Any active membership or class-pass subscription is cancelled straight away.
  • Your saved payment details and payment-provider record are removed.
  • Your personal details — name, contact details, date of birth, emergency contact and any health information — are permanently anonymised.
  • You’re signed out on every device.

Invoices and tax records are kept for seven years as required by Australian law. These contain no health information and are used only to meet our legal obligations. Deletion can’t be undone.
